Provence: Mont Ventoux to The Monaco 2027

Difficulty:
Wed, May 26 - Sun, May 30, 2027
Duration 5 days, 4 nights
Location France
Available places Only 12 places available
From £4,320pp

A five day point to point built around Mont Ventoux, long roads through Provence and a demanding run to the coast. 424 km and 8370 m of climbing make this a serious week for strong riders.

This five‑day adventure opens with the legendary Club des Cinglés challenge on Mont Ventoux, where you choose your effort: summit once, twice, or tackle all three sides to claim the full badge of honour.

From there, the journey settles into long, scenic stages, first from Sault to Moustiers‑Sainte‑Marie, then onwards to Nice, before a final loop through Col d’Eze and Col de la Madone near Monaco.

Across the week you’ll cover 424 kilometres and climb 8370 metres through some of France’s most iconic terrain, from the flanks of the Giant of Provence to the coastal hills above the Côte d’Azur.

Difficulty: 4/5 - Very hard

This trip is for experienced cyclists who can handle back to back long days and a major climbing challenge early in the week. The Club des Cingles day alone can decide the feel of the whole trip. You need the fitness to arrive ready, not ride into shape.

Dinning: Breakfasts are substantial and practical, designed to fuel your day. Lunches are honest and flexible—picnic-style, cafe stops, or simple local bites wherever the route makes sense. Dinners focus on recovery and regional flavors: wholesome, satisfying meals in relaxed settings.

Who this is for: Best for riders who enjoy mountain climbing, long road stages and the satisfaction of a hard point to point week. Not right for guests seeking a gentle Provence tour with indulgence as the main event.
