ROULEUR
Editor / Editorial Director
Rouleur is looking for an Editorial Director / Editor-in-Chief to lead our editorial strategy and elevate our voice across digital, print, audio, video and live events.
Rouleur is a premium media brand with global reach, known for its high-quality storytelling, striking visuals, and deep connection to cycling culture. As we continue to grow across platforms – from our website and magazine to podcasts, newsletters, video, and our flagship live event Rouleur Live – we're looking for a visionary editorial leader to shape Rouleur’s direction and drive audience growth and revenues.
We are seeking someone who can lead with ideas and authority, understand how editorial and commercial goals work together, and bring energy to a multi-platform team. You don’t need to be embedded in cycling, but you do need to be curious, culturally engaged, and able to lead a distinctive voice across formats.
You’ll take ownership of Rouleur’s editorial strategy – managing a talented team, working with contributors across the world, and collaborating across commercial, marketing and product parts of the business to ensure our content is world-class and our voice is consistent, modern and bold.
You’ll be based at our office in Somerset House, London WC2, with some flexibility for hybrid working.
Please include CV and covering letter in your application to jobs@rouleur.cc. We support a diverse workforce and inclusive workplace, and welcome applications from different backgrounds.
